Devenshi Villa, designed for Darshanbhai Parekh, is a 12,000 square feet home located on a hill overlooking the city of Rajkot. The villa features a state-of-the-art home theatre system and a swimming pool. The design incorporates large cantilevers with pergolas to shade the hot east and west sides of the home, allowing for wind movement and enhancing the overall comfort of the living space.
